The traditional Ruck only bigger and more comfortable.
I got this Pack for $192 at extremeoutfitters.us/sofruckoackkitmulticam.aspx
I would have paid the original price for this item and still been pleased. There are a few things to know about this item... 1 it isn't the only S.O.F. pack out there. I will be showing the Tactical Tailor version of this pack on a side by side with plenty of pictures and video. I will also be showing you the Ares Armor Atlas Pack which is an even bigger platform; superior??? that's for you to decide.
The Blackhawk SOF pack is as big of pack as you would ever need. I just took mine at 52lbs. 20K through the woods on tank trails and over roads. The pack was the LEAST of my worries, If you do not like your water in the sustinment pouches you can put it inside the pack or in the top pouch. If you put water in the sustainment pouches at leat drink down each bladder evenly. That way you aren't heavier to one side. Realize that a 100oz. bladder weighs about 8.5 lbs. That extra 17 lbs. unevenly distributed can cause come lower back issues. There are plent of pouches to store all of your field essentials and tech. The shoulder straps and frame come complete with the link I provided, Thats the PACK, shoulder straps, frame, kidney pad, all for $192. Thats insane. This pack has all of the internal pouch space you would need but does not have a bottom zipper. To me thats ok because then you will not get all of your gear wet with rain water getting in through the zipper. I use the bottom pouch for my rain layer and ghillie cover for the ruck sack. Everyone I know loves theres and they come in Black, Tan, OD Green, ACU, and Multicam. I am not affiliated with any particular company but I would encourage you to buy one TODAY. The price will not last long for this item.
